so...
This chick clicks the button and types the following in the question window.
"how soon do the sellers want to close we are not moving until May of 2010"

Well, gee lady..most likely if the house is on the market now they are planning on moving
this year but gee, let me just ask them if they want to get tied up in a 9 month escrow with you not knowing even if you will be qualified to buy a house in May of 2010.

Tiny Trouble Tummy Tuesday

Tough week for the baby cat with 2 visits to the vet.
He's had an enema, a shot and worm medicine too
The good news is
He is gaining weight.
He is up to a whopping 11 oz now
so far so good.

Work Related: Your Mom Called

So over the weekend this WannaBe Investor tells me he wants to make a cash offer on a foreclosure.
OK, that's fine but then he says he wants to offer 20K on a 50K property.
Clearly he has been watching too much late night TV.

I explain that foreclosures are already marked low to attract attention, very competitive right now and very often go over list price.
Unless he wants to make a serious offer, I can't help him.

Then...yesterday afternoon I get a phone call.
From his Mom.
Why won't I work with her son?

Are you freaking kidding me?

Here comes Trouble, day 5

The babycat seems strong and alert but
not gaining weight.
I'm trying to up his food intake.

So far so good, the baby seems to be nursing well, eliminating on cue
and sleeps deeply in between
